I Partner / Independent Partner
Qualified people must having practiced for more than ten years in intellectual property law and owning his/her China patent agent credential for no less than five years. Candidate shall have the full right to practice patent/trademark/copyright law with our firm and bear no obligation with any previous occupations. He or She must be capable to take on responsibility as an agent/lawyer and/or partner for client's instruction whether independently or not. Candidates who owning both patent agent credential and law credential are preferred.
II Patent Agent
A patent agent shall have a patent credential and have practiced patent law for at least three years. He or She is capable to handle patent application and reexamination and report to our partner under the relevant law and regulation and guideline.
Candidates shall own their degrees majoring on sience and technology, such as construction engineering, construction machine, precise machine, machine design and manufacture, automation mechanization, information technology, comunication network, cyber security, digital media, applied material, chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmcy, new power, environment protect, etc.
III Trademark Agent
A trademark agent shall have at least three years relevant trademark law working experience. He or She is capable to handle trademark registration and reexamination and report to our partner under the relevant law and regulation and guideline. Owning law credential is preferred.
IV Assistant for patent/trademark agent
Candidates shall have working expierence at least three years as administration assistant for patent and/or trademark procedure management. Assistants handle procedure management and report to responsible patent/trademark agent under the relevant law and regulation and guideline. Foreign language degree is preference.
V Salary/Benefit：
